General Questions You May Have About Us and What We Do.

 

Policy/Production

 

  • Are your products pre-made?

 

ALL Our products are freshly made to order. Each time you place an order, we immediately start processing it. As this requires time, we ask that you allow for a up to 7 days after placing your order for manufacturing time. We always aim to have you product completed within this time frame. 

 

  • Can I buy your products from other sellers or from physical shops?

Generally, we operate on a Manufacturer- to - Client basis and thereby don't usually have distributors, resellers or middleman. However, we are making adjustments to accommodate the option for Resale but under controlled circumstances to ensure that we still maintain the integrity and quality of our products. We are only accommodating this option for our Beard, Hair and Body Oils. 

 

 

  • Do you make custom Cosmetic Products

Unfortunately, the UK Cosmetic Regulations do not permit us to make custom cosmetics for our clients. It is a challenge for our Brand because we were hoping we could make that part of our dream for the business come to light. However, we are trying our best to have enough variants to suit our clients' preference and requirements. In the mean time, we ensure that our products remain pure and organic. We hope that in the future, we can have an avenue that will provide this service if not exactly, then in a similar way. 

   

 

  • Can I have my products without any scents. 

We currently offer the options for both Fragranced and Un-fragranced for most of out oils and butters. However, it is important to remember that some oils and butter have a noticeable scent themselves and if they are present in the product, their scent will be projected. Also there are instances where small amounts of essential oils are added to our products so in this case, there could be a slight hint of a herbal scent in the product. Our Un-Fragranced option simply means that we have not included any Fragrance/Parfum. 

  

 

  • Are you products Water/Oil based?

At the moment, almost all our Products are Anhydrous which means there is no water or any other water-like ingredient included. Our products being anhydrous means that they will stay fresh for up to a month and don't run the risk of growing mould, or going off. However, we do warn that a long term of storing the product away after opening it (more than 6 months), the product is liable to go rancid.

Prices

 

  • Why are some of your products expensive?

 

Exquisite Quality comes with a price. From start to finish, everything we use in manufacturing our products are Purely Organic. Our expertise and experience in making our products exquisite require time and as such we produce limited quantities. We also factor in the cost of certifications required to legally sell our products here in the UK. Lastly, because we take our responsibility to the environment seriously, we ensure that our packaging is as sustainable as possible and bio-degradable where possible. Hence, our packaging is designed to not only be enticing enough to be re-used multiple times but also be safe enough to recycle. Please also note that some products are more complex to makes than others and this gets reflected in the price.

Payment Methods 

 

  • How can I Pay?

We accept most online payment methods including Visa, Master-cards, American Express and Apple Pay. You will see the available options on the check out page. However, if you seem to be having issues with payment, don't hesitate to contact us.

Processing Time

 

  • How long does it take to make my product?

 

The processing time for all our products are mostly 7 days however, in some instances, the processing time could take as much as 4 days and dispatched to you within 48 hours. We also make it our duty to update you on the progress of your product. 

 

Delivery

 

  • How long will it take for my product to arrive?

 

Once your product has been made, we will inform you when it is out for dispatch and also send you a tracking number. We aim to have your product delivered within 3-4 days. However, if you experience any substantial delays, please contact us and we will work towards a suitable solution for you. 

 

  • Do you deliver outside the UK?

We are currently not taking orders from outside UK at the moment. However, we are working on broadening the regions we can deliver to. Once we have achieved this, we will show the update here on our website.

 

Returns 

 

  • Can I return my product?

 

As our products are cosmetics, we DO NOT permit returns once the product has been received by the customer. If the product is damaged on delivery, the customer can choose to return the product back to us although this is not necessary. We ask that you send us pictures of the damage EXACTLY how it was delivered then we can work on sending out a replacement. For non cosmetic products that may have been damaged through transit, we accept returns sent back to us within 14Days. We can then either issue a refund or a replacement. 

 

Allergies

 

  • Does your product cause allergic reactions?

 

Although unlikely, it is possible to have mild reactions to the natural ingredients used in our products. This is expected as skin sensitivity varies from person to person. This is why we ask that you first read the ingredients list including the ALLERGENS present. If you go ahead to purchase any of our products, please be sure to test on a small patch first and wait for a minimum of 24Hrs to check for any reactions. If a reaction occurs, please CEASE from using the product immediately. 

Please note that we are on able to offer refunds on the purchase in cases like this.

 

  • Can I rub the scented flowers on my skin

The scented flowers that come with your order are NOT to be rubbed on skin as they are liable to cause skin irritation. These flowers are for decorative and diffusion purposes ONLY and should not be ingested. Please keep the scented flowers AWAY from children.

Reuse and Recycle

​

As a company that pride itself on promoting and embracing Nature, we make it a conscious decision to encourage our customers to reuse the containers their products come in and to recycle the secondary packaging also. We make sure that where possible, all our packaging is biodegradable and easy to recycle.

  • How can I reuse my bottle?

Use a rod-type tool to push the vacuum base back down to the bottom. Using warm soapy water, rinse the bottle out and leave upside down to dry. Once dry, refill the bottle with any product of your choice except water-like products e.g. rose water as these are not suitable for this bottle.
